Hello there Paulette, Guillermina y todos los demás¡ Your projects certainly have taken on a life of their own, haven’t they? I can’t imagine how horrible life must be for many Nicaraguans now, with the current food/petrol prices. I remember seeing tiny structures made of branches covered in plastic bags along the side of the roads, not realizing for a few seconds that those were actually “homes” where families lived, at the mercy of wind, rain, exhaust fumes and volcanic sulphur. I hope to get back to Mariposa in 2009, and maybe help out with one of your projects.
Saludos,
Glenda
