Located in a cool shady corner, the three rooms of this building each have a separate entrance. There are two rooms on the ground floor and one room above, which opens out onto a shared balcony – feels like being in a tree house! The cost, as with all our accomodation, includes the package (Spanish classes, 3 meals per day, and organised activities or volunteer work) is EXCEPTIONAL value, and popular for that reason. However, please note that these rooms DO NOT have ensuite bathrooms but use an outdoor latrine and shower (not really suitable for children). They are surrounded by trees and for this reason you may be lucky enough to spot wildlife close up – birds, bats, spiders (there are NO poisonous ones and they are more scared of you). There are mosquito nets in each room and a member of staff can help remove unwanted creatures.

- All rooms are arranged simply yet comfortably with beds (single or double), and desks (which include a locking drawer for valuables). Furniture and blankets locally crafted.
- Shared bathrooms – located just 5 meters away, guests have access to the odor-free latrine (a great way to conserve water.).
- Shared eco-shower (made of the same materials as the eco-rooms) has solar heated hot water.
- Of course eco-room guests have all the benefits of the hotel common areas, which provide wifi access.
- Cleaning is done 6 days a week
